Analysis of the Current State of Technoparks of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ways of Its Development

The research focuses on the importance and specifics of technopark functioning, which is part of the national innovation system. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of domestic technoparks in a digital environment and propose directions for their development. General scientific methods and the method of special content were taken as research methods. With the help of these methods, the relevance of domestic technoparks' functioning and their activity in a digital environment was determined. As a result of the study, it was found that half of the domestic technoparks have been deactivated since their creation, most of which have low activity in the digital environment, and information is not readily available to consumers of technopark services. To enhance the activities of Technoparks, it was proposed to increase digital activity, organize fairs showcasing products developed as a result of Technopark's initiatives, and involve young scientists in Technopark's work. The theoretical value of the article is characterized by the history, features of functioning, and retrospective development of domestic technoparks. The practical value lies in the use of a digital environment to improve the functioning of technoparks, as well as a mechanism for the development of investors and consumers of Technopark services.
