This study takes Gusheng Village in Dali City, Yunnan Province, China, as its core case. By comparatively analyzing the practical models of integrating farming culture and tourism in China and Thailand, it explores innovative pathways for the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism under the rural revitalization strategy. The research finds that Gusheng Village has achieved a transformation from a traditional fishing village to a cultural tourism destination through a trinity model of Ecological Protection - Cultural Revitalization - Technological Empowerment. Thailand, meanwhile, leverages the strategy of Smart Agriculture Landscape + Handicraft Branding to convert farming traditions into tourism attractions. Building on the experiences of both locations, this paper proposes a four-dimensional pathway of Policy Support - Community Participation - Technological Empowerment - Industrial Chain Extension, providing theoretical guidance and practical references for the sustainable development of similar rural areas. The study further validates the economic value transformation potential of farming culture in rural tourism, contributing Chinese approaches and Southeast Asian insights to the global transformation of lakeside communities.
