This paper investigates an artificial intelligence (AI)-based framework for the digital acquisition and innovation of Liao porcelain, aiming to achieve digital preservation, cultural feature extraction, and innovative design through technologies such as computer vision and generative adversarial networks (GANs). This study establishes a knowledge base for Liao porcelain acquisition, systematically extracts visual features including vessel shapes, decorative patterns, and inscriptions, and applies these features to the digital preservation and innovative inheritance of cultural heritage. This research not only provides theoretical support for the innovative design of Liao porcelain cultural products but also proposes a novel technological approach for the protection and dissemination of Liao porcelain culture. This paper emphasizes the potential applications of AI in cultural heritage preservation, artistic creation, and the cultural creative industries, particularly its innovative applications in the field of Liao porcelain.
