The article proves that the rapid development of digital technologies creates new opportunities for the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools into architectural activities. One of the key advantages of AI is the automation of routine tasks such as graphical modeling, data analysis, and visualization, which significantly increases the efficiency of project activities. AI tools provide the ability to generate numerous design options based on specified parameters, taking into account environmental, economic, and social factors. Thanks to generative algorithms, architects have access to innovative design approaches that help create sustainable, energy-efficient, and functional solutions. Integration of AI into the graphical display process allows creating multi-layered visualizations with a high level of detail, optimizing communication between participants in the design process. However, despite its benefits, the use of AI poses a number of threats. Excessive automation can lead to the loss of architects' stylistic uniqueness and turn the creative process into a mechanical one. Dependence on algorithms can lead to the loss of traditional skills, such as hand drawing and critical thinking. In addition, AI algorithms can reflect biases embedded in training data, making it difficult to create unique and contextualized solutions. Reducing the architect's emotional connection to the project can also negatively affect the quality of the final product. Considering these aspects, it is important to formulate AI programs according to the specific needs of the design using a systematic approach. Clearly defining goals, detailing parameters, and taking into account the cultural and geographical context ensure the relevance of the results. The use of AI should harmoniously complement traditional methods, contributing to the development of innovative architecture.
