New findings on fixed-point results and nonlinear contractions in composed s-metric spaces, emphasizing the generalization of abstract spaces.
In this paper, we introduce the concept of composed S ‐metric space as a new generalization of S ‐metric space and S b ‐metric space. We present some examples showing that a composed S ‐metric space is a generalization of various types of abstract spaces, and results showing the relation with the S p ‐metric space introduced earlier. We also prove fixed‐point results concerning nonlinear ‐weak contractions in composed S ‐metric spaces.
