Analysis reveals social adaptation's importance, indicating cultural, psychological, and social factors influence outcomes.
The article considers the term social adaptation, which is used not only in the context of natural sciences, but also in social-psychological research. Despite the diversity of definitions of social adaptation, most scientists emphasise the importance of cultural-linguistic and psychological aspects, along with social aspects. The work also highlights key concepts such as sociocultural, socio-psychological and socio-psycho-pedagogical adaptation. Each of these concepts is associated with certain criteria of success and failure of adaptation processes, which both the individual and society can influence. The aim of the article is to systematise knowledge in this area and to identify the interrelationships between different aspects of adaptation.
