This study explores the relationship between Quality of Work Life (QWL), job involvement, and job performance within contemporary organizational settings. The research emphasizes the role of job involvement as a mediator in the relationship between QWL and job performance. The findings indicate that while QWL positively influences job performance through job involvement, this effect is not always statistically significant in some contexts. Factors such as organizational climate, leadership styles, and work culture can moderate this relationship. The study suggests that fostering an environment with high QWL can enhance job involvement, thereby improving job performance. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of supportive work environments in driving employee engagement and performance. Further research is needed to examine other moderating variables and extend these findings to various organizational contexts.
