The goal of this research paper is to analyze sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) while concentrating on best practices that promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability at every level of the supply chain. This study aims to summarize scholarly literature from the years 2000 to 2023 concerning the effectiveness of approaches, assessing their impact. The approach to this study is through systematic literature review and conceptual framework design in which primary focus is placed on the role of digital technologies and the circular economy. The results suggest that transparency, collaboration, and minimizing waste are essential. Evaluation of performance indicates that holistic SSCM integrated companies report enhanced resilience, reduced operational costs, and an uptick in brand reputation. This paper expands the understanding of SSCM by furnishing practitioners with strategies to implement while providing a framework for further academic exploration as the discipline evolves.
