Assessment reveals effective restoration methods for worn parts and joints, highlighting water pump housing technologies.
Assessment problems of the operability and life support of restored parts and joints are considered in order to predict the life of aggregates. To assess the quality and efficiency of the restoration of worn parts, a technique is proposed according to which it is possible to predict the optimal technology for restoring worn surfaces of parts of aggregates. Based on the complexity and technical-economic feasibility for the water pump housing, life-saving technologies are recommended: electric pulse deposition of compact electrode material on the end and the creation of labyrinth seals.
