Preprint presents CDI, a framework using measurable indicators for constitutional justice in Cameroon, highlighting transparency and reform efforts.
This preprint presents a simplified version of the Constitutional Development Index (CDI), a composite framework designed to evaluate constitutional justice through 18 criteria across normative, procedural, and contextual dimensions. Applied to the case of Cameroon, the CDI aims to foster critical analysis, promote transparency, and support reform through measurable indicators. This English version is a faithful translation of the original French manuscript, adapted to enhance both international accessibility and local inclusiveness.
