The analysis demonstrates the stability of hoisting systems in various conditions, suggesting optimal modeling techniques.
Transmission tower hoisting is a typical wire rope hoisting system. In this paper, the dynamic model of transmission tower hoisting is established by the ADAMS/Cable modeling tool. From the posture of the hanger and the axial traction force of the wire rope, the two methods of ADAMS/Cable modeling tool to create the wire rope model - the simplified method and the discrete method are compared, and the dynamic model of the transmission tower hoisting suitable for the two working conditions is established. When analyzing the stability of the tower crane’s attitude and axial tension, it is necessary to use a discrete method to establish the dynamic model of the transmission tower crane. When the data on the axial tension of the wire rope and the angle of the load are needed and the accuracy requirement of the data is not high, a simplified method can be used to establish the dynamic model of the lifting system.
