The study demonstrates a 14.8% reduction in weight of the marine generator set base, highlighting its potential impact on stability and shipping performance.
As an important part of the Marine power system, the structure design of the Marine generator set base directly affects the performance and stability of the whole system. Under the premise of meeting the structural strength requirements of the base of the Marine generator set, the light weight of the base is studied by combining the response surface optimization and NSGA-II algorithm. According to the results of static analysis, Design-Expert was used to optimize the response surface structure, and the mathematical model of lightweight Design of the base was obtained. Based on the NSGA-II algorithm, the lightweight calculation of the multi-objective mathematical model was carried out, the static analysis of the optimized design was carried out, and the results were compared with those before optimization. The results show that the weight of the base of the Marine generator set is reduced by 14.8% when the stiffness and strength requirements are met. Under the premise of ensuring the stable operation of the ship generator set equipment, the design idea can effectively reduce the ship operation cost, improve shipping performance, and promote the green development of the shipping industry.
