This analysis revealed the existence of a strong deficit in the level of transformational reform-regulatory-type leadership, and, on the contrary, the exercise by the director of a type of administration in accordance with the standards of classical-organizational theory with elements of scientific-bureaucratic leadership. The commentary on the individual questions of this research allowed the detailed examination of more issues, which shed light on the multifaceted relations of the management with the teaching staff of the school unit and at the same time highlight the underlying weaknesses that need to be addressed.
