Quantitative survey assesses self-efficacy and anxiety in primary education teachers, suggesting training may enhance ICT confidence.
The following paper deals with the investigation of the degree of self-efficacy and the level of anxiety of Primary Education teachers in the prefecture of Florina, under the condition of using new technologies. Moreover, it attempts to investigate a possible relationship between the two areas and the effect that may be present from training, which is one of the most current topics of discussion among teachers, in increasing levels of self-efficacy and reducing anxiety. In order to draw safe and reliable conclusions about the above, a quantitative survey was conducted, which revealed the high level of self-efficacy of the participants and their lower level of anxiety. Also, the more teachers are trained, the more their self-sufficiency in the use of ICT increases, while the same does not happen in the case of stress.
