Abstract

This paper describes two new species of the genus Neoteratura Shi & Zhang, 2021 (Tettigoniidae: Meconematinae) from Yunnan, China, i.e. Neoteratura hirta sp. nov., Neoteratura triangularis sp. nov., diagnostic illustrations are provided. In addition, we observe male stridulatory files of the following species (Neoteratura hirta sp. nov., Neoteratura conica Shi & Zhang, 2021, Neoteratura longigenitala Shi & Zhang, 2021, Neoteratura ovata Shi & Zhang, 2021) in Phenom Desktop SEM. The type specimens are deposited in the Museum of Hebei University.
