The research background lies in the rapid development and intensifying competition in the commercial space industry. As an industry leader, SpaceX's successful experiences hold significant implications for global businesses. This study investigates the key commercial strengths that underpin SpaceX's commercial success and the reasons why other companies find it difficult to replicate SpaceX's success. Through an analysis of SpaceX's global commercial success, this research provides insights for other business management practices. The research findings indicate that SpaceX's success stems from its comprehensive advantages in technological innovation, business models, organizational management, and environmental insights, which are difficult for competitors to replicate.
