Development of an automatic centrifugation system enhances ink utilization in markers, suggesting improved sustainability in classroom settings.
This paper proposes the development of efficient ink utilization in markers through automatic centrifugation using IoT technology with ESP32 in classrooms, developed in 3D, aimed at maximizing the ink adhered to the internal walls of markers, preventing waste. Through the implementation of IoT technology using ESP32, the goal is to create an educational experience that allows engineering students to apply knowledge of programming, speed control, and environmental monitoring. The system features OLED displays to show real-time data, such as lighting intensity and centrifugation acceleration, while LEDs and a buzzer provide a visualization of speed changes through PWM. The project also promotes sustainability by offering an eco-friendly solution for ink recycling and resource optimization, presenting a practical model for teaching and learning in engineering.
