Digital platform enhances personalized education paths for students with special educational needs, suggesting inclusive strategies.
School inclusion is crucial to ensure equal opportunities for all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). To support teachers in inclusive teaching, the European Erasmus+ project IA-ME (2022-1-IT02- KA220-SCH-000087877) has developed IA-CREATE, an innovative digital platform. IA-CREATE helps teachers to design customized educational paths thanks to the CREATE+ questionnaire, based on international diagnostic models such as DSM-5 and ICF-CY. This tool analyses students' cognitive, language, motor and social skills, automatically generating targeted educational plans with inclusive strategies and technologies. The platform, which can be accessed on PCs and tablets, allows students' progress to be monitored in real time and fosters collaboration between teachers, families and specialists. With the support of artificial intelligence and a multilingual interface, IA-CREATE makes teaching more effective and accessible, contributing to the digital transformation of education and the promotion of a more inclusive school.
