This paper puts forward innovative paths, including innovative education and teaching modes, such as personalized learning guidance, innovative ideological and political education methods and big data teaching evaluation; Optimize daily management, including establishing intelligent information system, analyzing students' behavior and popularizing intelligent management system; Strengthen mental health counseling, such as developing evaluation tools, providing intelligent consulting services and building a big data platform; Promote communication and cooperation between home and school, build an interactive platform, develop communication assistants and organize co-education activities. At the same time, it gives safeguard measures and suggestions, emphasizing strengthening technical support and research and development, improving counselors' artificial intelligence literacy, improving management system and mechanism, and strengthening students' guidance and education.
