This overview reveals connections between normal subsets and congruences in BG-algebras.
In this paper we discuss the properties of sub-algebras, normal subsets, pre-ideals and filters in BG-algebras. Also, we look at the connection of (left, right) congruences with the previously mentioned substructures in these algebras. It is shown that there is a mutual correspondence between congruences and normal subsets in BG-algebras.
