Single-center analysis finds lebrikizumab improves pruritus in patients with atopic dermatitis, suggesting its practical benefits.
Lebrikizumab is the most recently approved biologic for the treatment of moderate-to-severe AD in patients aged ≥12 years who are candidates for systemic therapy. To date, real-world data investigating the effectiveness of lebrikizumab in pruritus are lacking. In this context, the aim of our study was to evaluate the effectiveness (particularly on pruritus) of lebrikizumab in AD patients treated for at least 16 weeks, in a real-life setting.
