This analysis finds a correlation between environmental rights and quality of life, suggesting legal mechanisms can enhance protections.
Today it is extremely important to talk about the issues of protecting the environmental rights of citizens, strengthening our environmental safety and, in general, the state of the environment. The right of citizens to a favorable environment determines the quality of life of citizens and determines the realization by citizens of other rights, freedoms and legitimate interests. The article also substantiates the need for the use of innovative environmental monitoring technologies, in particular, artificial intelligence.
