Analysis of logistics costs and profitability improvements in agro-industrial enterprises, indicating potential for growth.
The article is dedicated to analyzing the economic efficiency of applying innovative technologies for storage and processing of grain cargoes at the AIC enterprises. The research methodology included a systematic analysis of statistical data, expert interviews, and techno-economic modeling. The empirical base consisted of data from 50 agro-industrial enterprises of various scales for the period 2018-2023. The results demonstrate that the implementation of automated silo storage and grain processing systems allows for a reduction in logistics costs by 12-18%, an increase in grain preservation by 5-7%, and an improvement in overall profitability by 8-12%. Key factors of economic efficiency have been identified: optimization of logistics processes, reduction of losses, and enhancement of product quality. The appropriateness of government incentives for scaling these technologies has been substantiated. The results obtained are significant for strategic planning of the agro-industrial complex’s development in the context of intensification and digitalization.
