This analysis examines security categories from the polish electoral code, suggesting improvements for state resilience.
The modern world is not safe, and many factors can be said to justify this. Therefore, in my paper I will try to analyse the categories of security arising from the Polish Electoral Code, juxtapose them with the idea of security arising from the Venice Commission’s Code of Good Practice in Electoral Matters. Other normative acts, views of selected scholarship and court rulings will also form the basis of my study. In conclusions, I will try to say which security categories can be linked to the various principles governing elections. In connection with the real threat to security, undertaking consideration of the title issue is important. The purpose of the study will be to identify a de lege ferenda proposal as part of building state resilience.
