Analysis reveals technology's role in optimizing logistics and adapting supply chains, suggesting significant improvements.
In the context of rapid digitalization and growing consumer expectations, traditional models of goods movement demonstrate their inefficiency, requiring a fundamental reassessment. The present study is devoted to analyzing the transformation of logistics and distribution chains under the influence of innovative technologies and changing market demands. The authors employ a comprehensive approach, examining the implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize demand forecasting and transport management, the use of blockchain to enhance transparency and transaction security, the development of the Internet of Things (IoT) for real-time monitoring, as well as the robotization of warehousing and transport processes. Special attention is paid to analyzing the impact of environmental requirements, the need to increase the resilience of supply chains to external shocks.
