The article provides a comprehensive assessment of inflationary processes in the Russian economy based on statistical data for 2014-2025. The main determinants of inflation were analyzed: fluctuations in the national currency, labor efficiency, monetary policy and international trade conditions. Special attention is paid to the role of inflation targeting, the actions of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, as well as the consequences of international sanctions. A comparative analysis of inflation in Russia and other countries of the world is presented. The key shortcomings in the structure of the Russian economy that stimulate inflationary processes have been identified. In addition, the importance of creating an attractive environment for investment and expanding domestic production was emphasized.
