Quantitative analysis reveals that public trust moderates service quality's effect on satisfaction in a specific region.
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on public satisfaction with public trust as a moderating variable in Besulutu Subdistrict, Konawe Regency. The research employs a quantitative method, collecting data through a survey of 150 randomly selected respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The findings reveal that service quality has a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction. Additionally, public trust significantly moderates the relationship between service quality and public satisfaction, where higher trust Strengths the effect of service quality on satisfaction. This study implies that improving service quality must be accompanied by efforts to build public trust to maximize public satisfaction. The limitations of this study include its narrow geographical scope and the cross-sectional design
