Abstract

Here SCAPS-1D simulation is utilized to develop the PSCs, which comprise an Ag 3 Bi 1.1 I 6.3 absorber, C 6 TBTAPH 2 hole transport layer (HTL), and four distinct electron transport layers (ETLs) (STO, MZO, ZnSe, PC 60 BM) under standard illumination.
