Application of synchronous servo control and visual recognition improves hydraulic column assembly, indicating enhanced automation.
This paper focuses on the problems existing in the assembly process of hydraulic column production, such as assembly accuracy control, limited equipment compatibility and flexibility, low level of automation, imperfect detection and feedback mechanisms, and so on. By applying technologies such as synchronous servo control, flexible assembly, visual recognition, and big data, the assembly process of mine hydraulic columns is optimized, and intelligent equipment for mine hydraulic cylinders is developed. This equipment realizes automatic loading and unloading of mine hydraulic columns, automatic material recognition, automatic assembly, and flexible adaptation to the automated production of multi-specification products. A digital traceability platform is also established, which can effectively improve production safety, reduce labor intensity of workers, improve enterprise management level, reduce production time, and improve work efficiency.
