This article, entitled "A Brief Look on the Life and Activities of Sultan Abdul Hamid II (1842-1918) CE", considering the important aspects of the history of the Ottoman Empire and after careful studies, has been examined because the political, cultural and social activities of Sultan Abdul Hamid II have increased the greatness and glory of the empire. Publishing this article is a part of developments of Ottoman Empire, which is tied to the works and activities of sultan, which we will study in the publication of these many scientific studies, so the method of writing this article considering the most complex periods of Ottoman history and its effects until recently in middle east politics and culture with analytical and descriptive methods to get the facts through references. Therefore, the most important result of scientific-research activities of this part of the Ottoman Empire during the reign of Sultan Abdul Hamid II reflected and about internal divisions, system change, foreign plots, especially British to achieve their goals, were among the factors that paved the way for the demise of the Ottoman empire, because the contemporary era's leaders in relation to the advances of the Ottoman Empire. The reign of Sultan Abdul Hamid II and the Ottoman constitutionality during his time were published by presenting constructive theories after careful analysis through credible sources and books of scientific authenticity and reflecting the greatness of sultan Abdul Hamid II's works and activities.
