This article is devoted to analyzing the specifics of determining ownership rights to objects created by artificial intelligence in the context of industrial property. We will consider the experience of foreign countries, existing legal gaps, potential regulatory models, and the challenges faced by modern legislation in its attempts to adapt to this new reality. The goal is to outline key problem areas and find ways to solve them in order to form an effective and fair system of intellectual property protection in the era of artificial intelligence.
