This research examines how new energy generation affects power quality in distribution networks, revealing significant voltage fluctuations.
With the rapid development of new energy generation technologies, a large number of new energy generation equipment, such as wind power and photovoltaic power, are being integrated into the power grid, presenting new challenges to grid operation and power quality. This study aims to investigate the specific effects of integrating new energy generation grids on power quality. Based on the theoretical foundation of new energy grid-connected power generation, the IEEE 33-node distribution system model is employed. Through simulation and the control variable method, this study examines the impact of the grid-connected location and capacity of new energy generation on node voltage deviation and voltage fluctuations in the distribution network, aiming to ensure that the power quality of the distribution network remains unaffected by the introduction of new energy generation.
