Content analysis identifies features of emotional scenarios in video blogs, suggesting links to communicative contexts.
The concept of scenario is widely used in cognitive science (psychology, psycholinguistics, cognitive linguistics, neuropsychology, communication theory). From a psychological point of view, a scenario is an unconscious life plan, the appearance of which is determined by the attitudes received by the individual from his parents. In linguistics, a communicative scenario refers to a stable speech model that has a structured form and is used in a specific communicative situation. Thearticle discusses some interpretations of the category of communicative and life scenarios in psychology and linguistics. Thetheoretical basis for conducting empirical research is the classification of A.A.Kotov’s D-scenarios, which includes the D-scenarios of the first group: DANGEROUS (danger), LIMITED (restriction), ASSIGNMENT (assignment), DECEPTION (deception), PLANIR (planning), MANIP (manipulation); the second group: inadequacy (inadequacy), INCONSISTENCY (inconsistency), EMOTION (emotionality), SUBJECT (subjectivity), INACTION (inaction); the third group: the D-scenario is FUTILE (futility). As part of the study, a content analysis of several video blogs is performed to identify the features of the use of positive and negative emotional scenarios.
