Our paper examines the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on the job satisfaction of human resources managers within their professional roles. Utilising a quasi-experimental approach, the study investigates how the partial or full integration of AI technologies affects job satisfaction perceptions among HR managers. The findings reveal a significant increase in satisfaction within the group that adopted AI, compared to a control group. The study also identifies challenges related to AI adoption, such as technological dependency and fears of job obsolescence, while emphasising the importance of balancing automation with human involvement to optimise employee well-being.
