This study analyzes the functions and responsibilities of counselors, exploring their core role in students' growth, especially in addressing students' value needs and psychological development. The research finds that counselors, through personalized educational interventions, can effectively guide students in forming healthy values and enhancing their social adaptability. Future research could further explore the evolving role of counselors in the digital age and how modern technology can enhance value leadership, providing more precise and personalized support for students' holistic development.
