The oil palm industry plays an important role in Malaysia’s economic contributing significantly to national income and employment. However, challenges such as oil palm fruit theft can reduce profitability, particularly for smallholder and plantations. This study aims to develop an inventory system for oil palm fresh fruit bunch using GIS interactive web map that function for smallholder and big company. This study aims to develop a GIS integrated web-based inventory system for tracking oil palm fresh fruit bunch yields. This system was designed for smallholders and plantation companies, which provides interactive mapping and clickable features to enhance data visibility and detect potential instances of unnoticed theft. The platform was developed using Google Sites, integrates interactive mapping tools such as Mapbox to enable real-time monitoring and optimized yield prediction. The total population for this study was 25 respondents included all administration staff, located in Perak. The system provides features such as oil palm yield calculator, online map, inventory system and organization information. Based on the study, this system could improve transparency in harvest tracking and help identify discrepancies that may indicate unrecognized theft or loss. The implementation of this system presents a scalable solution for enhancing oil palm plantation efficiency and sustainably.
