Centralized control suppresses chaotic dynamics in nonlinear systems, indicating successful application in generators.
The article considers the problem of controlling a nonlinear system with chaotic dynamics based on a centralized controller structure. Control is based on the principle of feedback, which allows the implementation of a given spectrum of Lyapunov exponents in a closed system to suppress chaotic dynamics. An example of the application of the proposed synthesis method to a system of three synchronous generators is considered. The results of the numerical experiment confirmed the suppression of the chaotic oscillations and the provision of a regular mode in the closed system.
