This framework combines FMCG efficiency with MLM relational strength, suggesting a new approach for sustainable business models.
In a volatile global economy marked by pandemics, inflationary pressures, digital acceleration, and shifting consumer expectations, traditional business models are proving inadequate. Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) enterprises, despite their operational discipline, often lack agility and personalization. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) organizations, while rich in entrepreneurial energy and community engagement, frequently collapse under weak structures and reputational risks. This paper introduces the Hybrid FMCG-MLM Methodology, a novel framework that integrates the rigor of FMCG with the relational strength of MLM. Drawing from more than three decades of professional experience across Latin America, North America, and Europe, I present evidence that hybridization creates resilience, scalability, and human-centricity. Through detailed analysis, case studies, and theoretical foundations, this work demonstrates how businesses can achieve sustainable growth by combining structure and connection.
