Case report illustrates proximal LAD occlusion with normal ECG and cardiac markers, highlighting diagnostic challenges.
Acute coronary syndromes (ACS) can occasionally present with subtle or even absent electrocardiographic ndings, leading to diagnostic delays. We report a case of proximal left anterior descending artery (LAD) occlusion in a 57-year-old male who presented with atypical ndings, including a normal initial ECG and cardiac markers. Early bedside echocardiography and high clinical suspicion played a critical role in the diagnosis and management.
