Analysis of Organizational Management of Leasing Operations in Commercial Banks and Credit Organizations of the Republic of Armenia

This article explores the organizational management features of leasing operations in Armenia’s commercial banks and credit organizations. Emphasis is placed on the structural, regulatory, and procedural aspects that shape the effectiveness of leasing services. Using a comparative approach and empirical evidence, the study highlights the disparity in leasing portfolio sizes, risk management tools, and strategic priorities among financial institutions. The findings indicate that while leasing is increasingly recognized as a tool for SME development, organizational inefficiencies and lack of standardization hinder its broader application. The article offers practical insights and policy recommendations aimed at improving leasing operation frameworks. All sources are properly cited to ensure academic integrity and avoid plagiarism.
