Motivation: High-resolution quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) is challenging at high magnetic field as the quality of GRE images is susceptible to both motion and B0 field change with motion. Goal(s): To investigate the feasibility of whole brain QSM at an isotropic 0.3 mm resolution with motion and B0-shift corrections at 7T. Approach: A recently developed method of using dual-echoes spiral navigators and conjugate-phase reconstruction. Results: The motion and B0-shift sensitivities in mesoscale resolution can be effectively reduced by corrections with the simple and parallelizable conjugate-phase reconstruction in long scan. Impact: High-quality mesoscale whole brain QSM with the developed method provides a reliable tool for assessing neurodegenerations.
