Motivation: Non-invasive imaging like IVIM, DKI, and DCE-MRI improves diagnostic accuracy by revealing tissue characteristics and aiding differentiation of benign and malignant breast lesions. Goal(s): This study assesses the diagnostic value of a combined IVIM, DKI, and DCE-MRI approach for distinguishing breast lesion types, compared to single-method models. Approach: Data from 33 confirmed breast lesions were analyzed retrospectively. MRI parameters (Ktrans, Kep, Ve, MK, MD, D) were compared across lesion types using ROC analysis. Results: Malignant lesions had significantly higher Ktrans, Kep, and MK values and lower D and MD values, with the combined model demonstrating superior diagnostic efficacy. Impact: The integration of IVIM, DKI, and DCE-MRI enhances diagnostic precision in breast lesion differentiation, potentially improving clinical decision-making and patient management by providing a more accurate non-invasive assessment, which could guide tailored treatment strategies for breast cancer patients.
