Retrospective analysis identifies MRI sequences with superior diagnostic value for benign and malignant nodules, suggesting enhanced lung cancer detection.
Motivation: The upgrading of MRI equipment and the optimization of MRI technology have to some extent broken through the limitations of MRI in the diagnostic application of lung cancer, but there has been no relevant study comparing various MRI sequences and their qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative parameters. Goal(s): To assess the value of different parameters of various scanning and enhancement sequences of ultra-high-field MRI for the benign-malignant differential diagnosis of solid solitary pulmonary nodule . Approach: Through retrospective collection and analysis of clinical and imaging data in patients. Results: T2WI, DWI, and DCE sequences and their parameters have good differential diagnostic value. Impact: Via comparing various MRI sequences with associated parameters, it was substantiated that the T2WI, DWI, and DCE could be applied to diagnose benign and malignant pulmonary nodules, laying the foundation for further MRI research and applications in lung cancer.
