Motivation: Oscillating gradient diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) enables elucidation remains underexplored in the pathological differentiation of cervical cancer. Goal(s): To investigate the application value of parameters derived from Oscillating Gradient Diffusion-Weighted MRI (ADCPGSE, ADC17Hz, ADC33Hz) in the pathological differentiation of cervical cancer. Approach: We collected 3 T MRI including DWI using oscillating gradient spin-echo (OGSE) and pulsed gradient spin-echo (PGSE) research sequences from cervical cancer patients, comparing the respective parameters' efficacy in pathological differentiation. Results: ADC33 Hz outperformed ADCPGSE in cervical squamous carcinoma and Healthy subjects, with combined parameters yielding an AUC of 0.96, sensitivity of 85.71%, and specificity of 96.15% for diagnosis detection. Impact: This study confirms the advantages of Oscillating Gradient Diffusion-Weighted MRI parameters in the pathological differentiation of cervical cancer, especially for diagnosing cervical cancer, offering greater accuracy than traditional ADCPGSE.
