Analysis reveals limitations of existing legal institutions in cyberspace regulation, suggesting innovative mechanisms.
The publication is devoted to the problem of regulation of cyberspace. In this regard, the scientific community proposes to create special mechanisms of regulation that are based on the legal and technological basis of cyberspace.
