Abstract

We report the efficient synthesis of morpholino nucleoside 6′-O-(α-thiophosphates) and 6′-O-(α,α-dithiophosphates) via the oxathiaphospholane approach. These analogs show low cytotoxicity and high potential for biological and therapeutic use.
