Research demonstrates that diffusion-weighted MRI reveals diagnostic accuracy in lymphoma patients, suggesting it may replace PET/CT.
The article presents data from our own research on the introduction of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging into the diagnostic process in patients with lymphomas after treatment. The original data on the diagnostic accuracy of the method, as well as the created diagnostic algorithm, are presented. The results showed that DWI MRI can be an alternative to PET/CT in patients with a complete response to treatment.
