In the proposed article, the author reveals the content of the doctrinal and conceptual foundations of the anti-corruption mechanism using the example of the proposed Concept of criminological anti-corruption, which defines the ideas, goals, principles and priority areas of anti-corruption activities, which subsequently form the foundation of the strategy and tactics of implementing the considered area of public policy. Special attention is paid to the mechanism of implementation of the conceptual foundations of combating corruption by forming and improving the legal framework; developing the institutionalization of the system of subjects and determining the priorities of these activities.
