Demonstration of noise photon suppression and preservation of nonclassical properties in quantum frequency conversion.
We present quantum frequency conversion from 780 nm to 1540 nm using a PPLN waveguide integrating a cavity structure for the converted mode. We achieved noise photon suppression and demonstrated preservation of the nonclassical property.
