Demonstration of a silicon-based LiDAR correcting timing jitter with a silica-based auxiliary interferometer.
Through low-dispersion silica-based auxiliary interferometry with 0.3-meter optical-path difference, 66-times shorter than the measured distance, a silicon-based LiDAR is demonstrated for the 20-meter ranging, limited to swept-source linewidth, and 200-mm/s velocity, through optical-clock Hilbert-transform resampling.
